Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of nusletter.dev and its API (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for your account, your API keys and everything sent with them. Tell us straight away at hello@nusletter.dev if you think your account has been compromised.
2. Sending rules
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and all laws that apply to you, including CAN SPAM, GDPR, PECR and CASL. In short: only email people who asked to hear from you, identify yourself clearly, include a working unsubscribe option and honour unsubscribes immediately.
3. Our right to suspend
To protect recipients and our sending reputation, we may limit, pause or close any account that breaks these terms, causes high bounce or complaint rates, or is reported for abuse. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.
4. Your content and data
You own your content and your subscriber data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance each month. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs until the end of the billing period. Fees are not refunded for partial months unless the law requires it.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service running and delivering, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or that every email will reach the inbox. Delivery also depends on receiving mail providers.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days notice, or immediately for serious breaches such as spam or fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and email customers about significant changes before they take effect.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
